Log into your JOSEPH account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the exterior.
Complimentary Collection
Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or drop off your parcel at an authorized collection point to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
